Pata Negra Brut is a classic Spanish cava, made using the traditional method for fine, persistent bubbles and a fresh, balanced character.
Grown on calcareous, sandy-clay soils under a transitional Mediterranean climate, it is crisp and elegant, with delicate citrus and orchard-fruit notes.
Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside light dishes, seafood and celebrations.
